  • Automate gameplay using bots, macros, or cheat scripts to forge leaderboard metrics.
  • Frame, mirror, or hotlink game assets on unauthorized commercial domains.
  • Use the website for any unlawful purpose under Australian or international laws.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All game graphics, vector artwork, animation logic, UI design tokens, brand trademarks, and source code associated with Abyssal Rush are the exclusive intellectual property of Abyssal Rush Studio Australia. All rights reserved.

4. Availability & Disclaimer of Warranties

Abyssal Rush is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While we strive for 99.9% uptime and smooth 60 FPS performance, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free rendering across all legacy devices.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, Abyssal Rush Studio Australia shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your access to or inability to access the website.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Sydney for resolution of any disputes.
